Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING TIMES
Once an order is placed, we typically take 1–3 working days to process it. Orders placed on a weekday are usually processed within one working day, but if you place an order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may begin the next working day.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery generally takes 4–9 working days. Please note that external factors (e.g., carrier delays, customs clearance, or holiday periods) can occasionally extend this timeframe. We do our best to ensure your parcel arrives as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped directly from our main fulfilment hub to ensure optimal availability and competitive pricing for our customers.
Final delivery is handled by Royal Mail or another major UK delivery partner. All orders receive a tracking number once dispatched.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are as follows:
United Kingdom:
• £3.95 for orders under £50
• FREE shipping on orders of £50 and above
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
Charges for any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. However, most orders fall below the threshold at which such fees apply, so in practice, customers typically do not incur additional charges.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
When you find a product you wish to purchase, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, please enter your correct address details to avoid any delays. Your shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently support Shopify Payments, allowing you to use:

• Apple Pay, Google Pay
Please note: PayPal is not available at this time. All payments are processed via SSL-encrypted connections, ensuring a secure checkout.
